Maintenance Visits
Preventative is our lowest recommended level of cover. The Preventative Plan includes Preventative maintenance by a qualified engineer to ensure that your equipment is performing at optimal level, this can help reduce your electricity bills. It will also ensure that you are complying with the F-gas Regulations (see below). In the event of an emergency call out you will be charged separately.
In addition to labour charges you will receive a separate quotation for the cost of any parts that may be required to get your equipment back up and running. By choosing the Preventative you can rest assured that you are complying with the F-gas regulations and reducing your chances of a breakdown occurring in the future.
CABINET REPAIRS AND THE CORRECTION OF DEFECTS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY FIRE, FLOOD, FROST, VANDALISM OR MISUSE ARE EXCLUDED.
Did you know that depending on the type of refrigeration equipment you use, you could be legally obliged to have it maintained by a qualified refrigeration engineer up to once every 6 months.
